Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is part of the Terms of Service. It applies to all use of the Orbie service, including Inputs you submit and Output you generate, export, or distribute.

1. Prohibited content

You may not use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that:

• Sexualises minors.Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or content that sexualises, or appears to sexualise, a minor is strictly prohibited. We report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant authorities as required by law, and may preserve related data for that purpose.
• Depicts real people without rights. Identifiable real individuals (including their face, voice, or likeness) without their consent, including non-consensual intimate imagery and sexual deepfakes.
• Deceives or impersonates. Deepfakes or synthetic media intended to deceive, defraud, impersonate, or spread disinformation (including election or public-health disinformation).
• Promotes harm or hate. Content that incites or threatens violence, promotes terrorism or violent extremism, or harasses or demeans people based on protected characteristics.
• Infringes rights. Content that infringes a third party’s copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, publicity, or privacy rights, or that misappropriates another studio’s or creator’s assets.
• Enables serious harm. Instructions or assets facilitating weapons, explosives, CBRN, malware, or other seriously dangerous activities.
• Is unlawful under the laws applicable to you or your audience.

2. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

• probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach or circumvent authentication, rate limits, or security measures, except under an authorised security programme;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, model weights, or training data from the Service, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law;
• scrape, crawl, or harvest the Service, or use it to build a competing model or dataset;
• resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties as a service except as expressly permitted;
• overload or abuse the infrastructure, automate sign-ups (including to obtain additional free-tier generations), or evade plan limits, concurrency lanes, download/export restrictions, pricing, or suspensions;
• misrepresent the origin of Output, or remove or alter provenance, watermarking, or attribution we apply where required;
• use the Service in violation of export-control or sanctions laws (see the Terms).

3. Third-party platform rules

If you export or publish Output to a third-party engine or platform (for example, Roblox, Fortnite Creative, Minecraft, FiveM/RedM, or VRChat), you are responsible for complying with that platform’s own rules and content policies, including its rules on user-generated content and on content directed to children. Orbie does not warrant that Output will comply with, or be accepted by, any platform.

4. Your responsibility for Output

Generative systems can produce unexpected, inaccurate, or infringing results. You are responsible for reviewing Output and clearing all rights before you publish, distribute, or commercialise it. See section 8 of the Terms.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts, with or without notice depending on severity. We may preserve and disclose information to authorities where required by law or to address imminent harm. For certain content — including apparent CSAM — reporting is mandatory and not subject to discretion. Enforcement under this AUP does not limit our other rights or remedies.

6. Reporting and copyright complaints

Report abuse or safety concerns to [email protected].

Copyright (DMCA) notices. If you believe content infringes your copyright, send a notice with the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) to our designated agent: Orbie Labs — Copyright Agent, Stockholm, Sweden, [email protected]. We respond to valid notices and counter-notices and terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
